After much discussion among our staff and colleagues, we have decided to close our doors to the public beginning Monday, March 23rd until further notice. This decision was not made lightly given we are working on a deadline, and we don’t want to let any of our clients down. Our whole team will still be available via phone and email. Some of us will continue working in the office, while others may work remotely. Again, we are in a very uncertain environment, and us working in the office could change overnight, but we will keep you posted on that.
If you still need to drop off your documents, please visit our website to download and complete a client contact sheet and engagement letter. Then you can email your scanned documents, mail them in, or drop them in our secure drop box by our front entrance. If you’d like a secure upload link for your tax documents, please let us know.
If your tax returns are complete and waiting for pick up, you are welcome to call us and request us to mail them or send them electronically.
All appointments will be contacted and asked to drop off. If you’d rather meet in the future, we would be happy to file an extension for you. Again, 2019 tax payments are not due until July 15.
