Do you qualify for the $1,000 per child credit?
-Your child must be 16 or younger on December 31 of the tax year
-The child must be claimed as your dependent
-The child must be related to you
-The child must have lived with your more than half of the year
The tax credit begins to phase out at $110,000 for married filing joint couples ($75,000 for single)
