How long do we keep your information?
Mailing List Sign Up– When you sign up for our mailing list your information will be kept on file indefinitely or until you click unsubscribe at the bottom of an email or email support@selbytaxandaccounting.com and ask to be removed.
Clients– All client information collected during the on-boarding process is kept on file for the duration of our contracted work together. Once you are no longer a client all passwords, files, payment info and proprietary information is purged from all software and systems within 30 days with the exception of your email address, mailing address and phone number, which is kept indefinitely and listed as non-marketable unless you have signed up for our mailing list, in which case the terms of that sign up apply.
